Aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to equip youth workers and community educators with the knowledge and practical understanding needed to support young migrant women in developing financial literacy and digital skills essential for the planning, management, and promotion of green micro-enterprises and community garden activities.
The course places a strong emphasis on financial literacy as a core competence, enabling young migrant women to understand income, expenses, budgeting, and financial sustainability, and to apply these concepts using accessible digital tools such as spreadsheets, online platforms, and communication tools. Through this approach, youth workers are supported to guide participants towards informed decision-making, transparency, and long-term sustainability in early-stage green business contexts.
