Aim of the course:
This course aims to equip youth workers with tools to foster leadership and networking skills among young migrant women in green entrepreneurship through community gardens for personal benefit and social impact.
It will provide youth workers and community educators with the knowledge and skills to support and encourage young migrant women to develop and enhance their leadership and networking skills through participation in green entrepreneurship through community gardens.
It will explain the personal benefits and potential social impact of the development of leadership and networking skills through community garden engagement and will equip youth workers and community educators with methods, tools and approaches to foster the leadership and networking skills of young migrant women.

- Leadership and networking skills are vital for the empowerment and social inclusion of young migrant women.
- Youth workers and Community Educators can use participatory and non-formal education methods, tools and inclusive facilitation approaches to support young migrant women to develop their leadership skills.
- Responsible and inclusive leadership involves transparent and participatory decision-making, recognising and valuing cultural knowledge, promoting environmental sustainability and social inclusion and modelling accountability.

- Educators should design inclusive, meaningful educational activities that build real and sustainable networks among young migrant women involved in green entrepreneurship and community gardens.
- To facilitate inclusive and empowering networking opportunities for migrant women, it is essential to use clear, simple language (adjusted to the language level of the migrant women) and visuals to present information clearly.
